Happy New Year!
Until just a few minutes ago, I was responding to reservation inquiries for January for my massage salon. Everyone is taking care of their body maintenance early in the new year. Maybe it’s because they’re tired from the end of the year, last minutes preparation for Xmas as such.
Anyway, our beauty and massage salon starts work on the 3rd of January.
Now, I would like to share how to advance my business for 2022. First, I need to clarify the task at hand. Then, I have to understand the expertise that I lack and know what I need to do.
- Is it money?
- Skills?
- Things?
- Human connections?
- Passion?
- Time?
The next step after knowing what I am lacking of is to decide whether or not to ask for help from others.
If you can solve the problem with your own abilities, you work on it of course, but if you can’t by yourself, then you ask for help from others. It’s as simple as that👍.
I think the most important quality for a company leader is the ability to take action, to be able to turn over the cards thoroughly I have.
With the advice of those around me. With the help of a therapist. With the help of a collaborative partner. I will ask for help knowing that I don’t have to do it alone, believing that I can do it if I don’t give up.
In 2021, “issues that I cannot solve” led me to new encounters. As I know I am not super smart, I will continue to work on this year as I did last year, enjoying growth with this attitude 🙇️.
