Strategy session provides you with 45 to 60 minutes of time to solve your business problems.
After a 10 to 15 minute hearing about the current status and challenges of your business, we will spend 30 to 45 minutes preparing the “necessary design” for the challenges and the “action plan” to implement the design.
All of my businesses continue to grow, but it is not because I am doing anything special.
I just follow the fundmental principles of the business and accumulate efforts as a matter of course.
It’s a natural result of designing things to accumulate success, drafting action plans so that you don’t get lost or worried along the way, and then doing everything we can to keep the promises we’ve made to ourselves.

Strategy sessions are conducted via Zoom, so please prepare an environment with internet access.
How to join the strategy session?
We will send you the Zoom link individually after you have applied and we have adjust our schedule.
The fee for strategy session
As long as the number of participants is small enough for us to handle, we will accept your application free of charge (as of January 2022).
However, if our schedule is such that we are unable to provide strategy session for free, we may discontinue the free service.
